Mark is one of the founding Partners of Global Systems Telecom, Inc. With partner, Paul Silicato, GST has grown into one of the largest telecom brokerage agencies in the United States, with clients, including Fortune 500 companies, spanning the country and billings in excess of $10 million. Mark is actively involved in several industry trade associations. Mark’s tireless dedication to giving back to the community is evidenced by his commitment to the SOS Children’s Village of Florida, where he served as vice president of fund development, as well as a mentor and adviser to 65 foster children.

F. Paul Silicato

Vice President

Paul is one of the founding Partners of Global Systems Telecom Inc. He has served as president of the Board of Directors for Agent Alliance, which Global Systems Telecom, Inc. is a founding member, as well as serving on the Phone Plus Advisory Board. Prior to establishing the business, Paul spent 24 years in the car rental industry in various management positions handling all facets of rental operations culminating as the President and CEO of General Rent-A- Car for 3 years until it was acquired and merged into Dollar Rent-A-Car.

Geoffrey R. McCarroll

General Manager

Geoffrey has over 10 years of telecommunications sales and channel management experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the Voice, Data, Internet and Managed Services arena. He is responsible for driving the carrier relationships, assisting our partners with marketing strategy development, pre-sales solution identification, proposal generation and closing business.


Patricia Sallo

Director of Operations

Patricia possesses over 11 years’ experience in the telecom industry, joining the GST team in 2002.Prior to her position at GST, Patricia worked as a customer project manager at AT&T for local, long distance and data services. Patricia is responsible for providing post-sales support to our partners and customers, including order implementation, large scale project management, trouble ticket management, and commissions analysis.
